F1 20'' Folding Electric bike

The product support was excellent when I received a pedal on the wrong sidecustomer service was quick and efficient in sending a replacement. As for the ride, the e-bike offers a smooth and enjoyable experience: solid performance on both flat terrain and light hills. The motor provides the right amount of assistance, and the bike handles well, even on uneven surfaces. Overall, I'm impressed with the customer support and the bikes performance.

We just got our Veefa F1 Electric bike and I wanted to give a quick first impression of it. It seems to be built very well and was very easy to assemble. After we charged it we gave it a try out and really liked it. It is very stable and my wife loves it. We already own a Go City electric bicycle and this one seems to be built a more solid. My wife is only 5 ft tall and she fits on it perfectly. We originally bought the Go City for her but there is a handle on the lower part of the bike which makes it hard for her to get on and off. This Veefa doesn't have the handle so she doesn't have that problem. The fenders on the Veefa are made of metal and the Go city are plastic. All in all I think she will really enjoy this bicycle.

I was able to use this e-bike over the summer. The functionality is great! The larger wheels help the bike to ride smoother. I have not had any issues with the LCD. The e-bike keeps a very decent charge. I only have to charge it every once in awhile, however, if you plan to take any longer trips, bring your cord or plan ahead and make sure it does have a full charge. It ran out once and the bike is fairly heavy to pedal without any kind of assist, however, I was pulling a pet carrier on the back which contributed to the weight.

The e-bike folds up fairly easily, however, the handles will flop around unless you get some kind of strap to secure it. The bike is 40-50 lbs so lifting it into a vehicle takes some strength, or two people. That is really my only concern for this bike, is the weight. It's very hard for me to lift by myself.

Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. We take our e-bikes and scooters camping with us and it's nice to be able to tour campgrounds in this way and ride around our city on nice days.
