Outstanding Value

Just purchased “Black Friday Deal” what a price. Received at house within 10 days. Excited to test ride, I opened box and put together in 15 minutes. Thoroughly tightened all parts and went out for a 1/2 ride. Could not believe how well the bike handled. Very comfortable to ride and easy maneuverability. This is my first electric bike purchase and I’m very excited to spend a lot of time riding. The purchase, the delivery and of course the assembly was very simple thanks to the Veefa team.

New addition to our family

We ordered 2 bikes... they arrived much faster than we expected... My wife's kick stand didn't seem sufficient for the weight of her bike and it kept falling over... We contacted VEEFA and the response was immediate.. They are sending us a new kick stand, the same one that is on my bike.. We are confident that this will eliminate any future spills....... Nice bike

The bike arrived early, I wasted no time getting it assembled to test it out!
Fit and finish is great and instructions for the assembly process were easy enough to follow. Only issue was with the front fender support wires needing to be bent to allow proper contour to the tire. (Easy)
The 7 speed is nice for daily commuting and the shifter is dialed in perfectly out of the box! First bike I've bought that didnt need tweaking.

So far I've put 34mi on it and it works flawlessly. I dont rely much on the battery so it is still showing almost Full. The rear rack is heavy duty and I am excited to find some panniers to mount for hauling gear on longer rides. The bike feels light while riding even in slow and technical paths and has a walk assist mode if you need. Such a great deal and so impressed with the battery life.

I've been in contact with the seller since prior to the shipping and they have been great too! So polite and helpful with all my silly questions so far.

This is the best gift Ive ever bought. Its really awesome, and I love it so much. Super easy to use when riding, and the staff were super helpful in showing me how to install it properly. Im really thankful to them! I ride it almost every day and absolutely love it!

I purchased 2 VEEFA bikes, 1 X2 and 1 M2, both are great. At full charge, about 70 degrees, using PAS 5 I got 35 miles range. Most of the ride was at full speed of 20mph. I'm happy with the purchase and price point it got
